SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT SIGNUP

These Terms and Conditions govern the social media management services provided by The Marketing Hub Limited ("the Company"). By signing or submitting an order form you agree to be bound by these terms.

SERVICES
The Company provides social media management services as outlined in your chosen package. This includes, but is not limited to, content creation, scheduling, monitoring, engagement work, and graphic creation. Full package details are provided at the time of sign-up.

ANALYTICS & REPORTING
Website performance analytics and/or social media reporting can be included as part of your service, however this must be requested and agreed in writing at the start of the contract. Analytics setup, tracking implementation, and reporting will not be provided retrospectively and cannot be added mid-contract unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

CONTRACTS AND CANCELLATION
Contracts operate on a flexible rolling monthly basis and may be terminated by either party with one month's written notice. Due to our advance content planning and scheduling process, one month's notice is required to ensure a smooth transition. You remain liable for payment during the notice period and we will continue to deliver services until the end of that period.

PAYMENT
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment must be received before the commencement of each service period. Failure to make timely payment may result in the suspension or termination of services. Where payment is not received by the due date, statutory interest may be charged under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

ANNUAL PRICE REVIEW
Fees may increase annually on 1 April each year. You will be given no less than 30 days' written notice. Continued use of our services following the effective date shall constitute acceptance of the revised fees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information including brand guidelines, content suggestions, and account access. You must respond promptly to communications regarding content approval and revisions. Delays in approvals may impact service delivery.

CONFIDENTIALITY
We will keep all your information confidential and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law. All data and credentials will be stored securely and used solely for delivering the agreed services.

DATA PROTECTION
Both parties agree to comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will be processed solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company will not be liable for loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages. The Company shall not be held responsible for the impact of third-party platform changes including algorithm updates, account restrictions, or platform outages. The Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES
The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to make payment, or engage in unlawful or unethical activities. Upon termination all outstanding fees become due immediately and the Company will cease providing services.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with written notice. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
