Frequently asked questions

Once your 24-month contract ends and all payments have been settled in full, the website can be transferred to another provider if you wish. Please note that a transfer fee will apply, along with any technical handover costs. Your content, your brand, and your intellectual property remain yours throughout. Our monthly fee covers your hosting, security updates, plugin maintenance, and ongoing technical support — so your website stays secure, up to date, and running smoothly for the duration of your contract.
On average, websites take approximately 6 weeks to build — but this is entirely dependent on content and assets being provided by you in a timely manner and in the required format. The sooner everything is with us, the sooner we can get you live. We'll give you a clear checklist of everything we need when you get started.
