These Terms and Conditions govern the website design and support services provided by The Marketing Hub Limited ("the Company"). By signing or submitting an order form you agree to be bound by these terms.

DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION (IF APPLICABLE)
If you do not already own a domain name, The Marketing Hub Limited can register one on your behalf at a one-off cost of £20.00 + VAT. An annual renewal fee of £20.00 + VAT will apply unless the domain is managed independently by you.

MINIMUM TERM, HOSTING & MONTHLY FEES
A 24-month minimum agreement applies to all website packages. The set-up fee is payable in advance of work commencing. Hosting costs are charged monthly in advance from the date the signed order form is received. The monthly fee covers website hosting, ongoing support, plugin updates where applicable, and technical maintenance. Following the initial 24-month term the agreement will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
The project will begin once The Marketing Hub Limited has received your completed signed order form and any initial payment due.

CONTENT
You are responsible for providing all required content including imagery, copy, downloads, and other assets. Delays in providing content may affect delivery timescales, for which The Marketing Hub Limited accepts no liability. On average, websites take approximately 6 weeks to build, subject to all content being provided in the required format.

ANALYTICS & REPORTING
Website performance analytics and/or social media reporting can be included as part of your service, however this must be requested and agreed in writing at the start of the contract. Analytics setup, tracking implementation, and reporting will not be provided retrospectively and cannot be added mid-contract unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

AMENDMENTS & ADDITIONAL WORK
Any work requested outside the original project scope will be charged at £45.00 + VAT per hour or part thereof. Additional standard pages (not sections) can be added at £45.00 + VAT per page. Should an order for web design need to be cancelled prior to completion, a charge of £45.00 + VAT per hour for work already carried out will apply.

EARLY TERMINATION
Should the agreement be cancelled within the 24-month minimum term, the full remaining balance for the term will become payable immediately. One month's written notice is required for all cancellations.

OWNERSHIP & TRANSFER
The website remains the property of The Marketing Hub Limited until all balances are fully settled. After the 24-month period and upon full payment, the website may be transferred to another provider if desired. Should you wish to transfer the website to another host, the contract must be paid in full and an additional release fee equivalent to 6 months of the agreed monthly fee will apply. Technical handover support can be arranged at an additional cost.

E-COMMERCE (IF APPLICABLE)
Up to 10 products will be added initially. If it is not possible to transfer products from an existing website, a plugin solution may be available at an additional cost. Additional products can be migrated or inputted at an additional cost. Ongoing product management is your responsibility, with training provided as required. Management of e-commerce websites is charged as an additional service.

CODE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Under no circumstances may you or any third party alter, modify, download, copy, sell, or distribute any code produced by The Marketing Hub Limited without prior written permission. All custom code remains the intellectual property of The Marketing Hub Limited.

PAYMENT
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the current rate. Payment is to be made by Direct Debit unless otherwise agreed in writing. For businesses trading for less than 6 months, a 3-month advance payment may be required. Where payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, and may suspend services until all outstanding amounts are settled.

ANNUAL PRICE REVIEW
The Company reserves the right to increase its fees annually on 1 April each year. You will be given no less than 30 days' written notice prior to any increase taking effect. Continued use of our services following the effective date shall constitute acceptance of the revised fees.

DATA PROTECTION
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will process your personal data solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services and will not share it with third parties without your prior written consent, except where required by law.

LIABILITY
Whilst The Marketing Hub Limited strives to maintain the highest standard of service, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the integrity of data on hosted websites. In the event of website downtime or data corruption, every effort will be made to rectify the issue promptly. The Marketing Hub Limited accepts no liability for any resulting loss or damage, including loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
