VIRTUAL MARGETING MANAGEMENT SIGNUP

These Terms and Conditions govern the Virtual Marketing Management services provided by The Marketing Hub Limited ("the Company"). By signing or submitting an order form you agree to be bound by these terms.

SERVICES
The Company provides Virtual Marketing Management services as outlined in your chosen package. This may include, but is not limited to, content creation, social media management, website updates, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and strategy development. Services are tailored to your needs and agreed upon in advance each month.

CONTRACTS AND CANCELLATION
Contracts operate on a flexible rolling monthly basis and may be terminated by either party with one month's written notice. Due to the nature of the work, which involves pre-planned content creation, campaign execution, and ongoing strategy development, one month's notice ensures a smooth transition and service continuity. You remain liable for payment during the notice period and we will continue to provide agreed services until the end of this period.

ACCESS TO ACCOUNTS
To perform services effectively, you agree to grant the Company access to all necessary platforms, including social media accounts, websites, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. The Company will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your login credentials and will only use them for the intended marketing purposes. Any delays in providing access may impact service delivery, and the Company will not be held liable for such delays.

PAYMENT
Services are billed monthly in advance, and payment must be received before the commencement of services. Failure to make timely payment may result in the suspension or termination of services. Any additional services requested outside of the agreed package will be quoted separately and require your approval before commencement. Where payment is not received by the due date, statutory interest may be charged under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

ANNUAL PRICE REVIEW
Fees may increase annually on 1 April each year. You will be given no less than 30 days' written notice. Continued use of our services following the effective date shall constitute acceptance of the revised fees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information including brand guidelines, business objectives, and campaign-specific details. You must respond promptly to communications regarding content approval, campaign changes, or other service-related matters. Delays in approvals or feedback may impact performance and service delivery.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Company agrees to keep all your information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. All data, credentials, and proprietary information will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

DATA PROTECTION
Both parties agree to comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will be processed solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company will not be liable for loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages. Whilst every reasonable step will be taken to ensure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, results cannot be guaranteed. The Company shall not be responsible for the impact of third-party platform changes. The Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES
The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to make payments as agreed, or engage in unethical or unlawful activities. Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become due immediately, the Company will cease providing services, and you will be responsible for revoking any access granted to platforms and marketing tools.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
