Name
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the car dealership website services provided by The Marketing Hub Limited ("the Company"). By signing or submitting an order form you agree to be bound by these terms.

DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION (IF APPLICABLE)
If you do not already own a domain name, The Marketing Hub Limited can register one on your behalf at a one-off cost of £20.00 + VAT, with an annual renewal fee of £20.00 + VAT.

MINIMUM TERM & HOSTING
The Marketing Hub Limited will build and host your website for a minimum term of 24 months. The set-up fee is payable in advance of work commencing. Hosting costs are charged monthly in advance from the date the signed order form is received. Following the initial 24-month term the agreement will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

ADDITIONAL PAGES & PACKAGE UPGRADES
Additional standard pages (not sections) can be added at £45.00 + VAT per page. Upgrading from one package to another mid-term will result in the relevant price increase taking effect immediately and an extended contract length.

PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
The project will begin once The Marketing Hub Limited has received your completed signed order form and any initial payment due. On average, websites take approximately 6 weeks to build, subject to all required content being provided in the required format.

CONTENT
You are responsible for providing all required content in accordance with our guidance. Delays in providing content may affect delivery timescales.

AMENDMENTS
Website amendments are charged at £45.00 + VAT per hour or part thereof. Should an order for web design be cancelled prior to completion, a charge of £45.00 + VAT per hour for work already carried out will apply.

EARLY TERMINATION & TRANSFER
A one-month written notice period is required for all cancellations. Should the agreement be cancelled within the 24-month term, the full remaining balance becomes payable immediately. Should you wish to transfer the website to another host, the contract must be paid in full and an additional release fee equivalent to 6 months of the agreed monthly fee will apply.

OWNERSHIP
The website shall remain the property of The Marketing Hub Limited until all outstanding payments are settled in full.

VEHICLE LISTINGS & E-COMMERCE
The Marketing Hub Limited will manually input up to the first 10 vehicle listings on your behalf, or in the instance of an existing website transfer, will transfer all listings where technically possible. If it is not possible to transfer listings from an existing website, a plugin solution may be available at an additional cost. All subsequent listings are to be managed by you, with training provided. Ongoing stock and e-commerce management is charged as an additional service.

ENHANCED HOSTING
Enhanced hosting charges may apply if the website outgrows the allocated server resource. You will be notified in advance should this become necessary.

PAYMENT
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is to be made by Direct Debit on the same date each month as your contract start date. For businesses trading for less than 6 months, a 3-month advance payment may be required. Where payment is not received by the due date, statutory interest may be charged under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

ANNUAL PRICE REVIEW
The Company reserves the right to increase fees annually on 1 April each year with no less than 30 days' written notice.

DATA PROTECTION
Both parties agree to comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will be processed solely for delivering the agreed services.

LIABILITY
Whilst we strive to maintain the highest standard of service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or data integrity. The Marketing Hub Limited accepts no liability for resulting loss or damage.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
